About The Position

Working within a service team that includes Account Managers, Account Executives, Account Coordinators, Marketing Analysts, consultants, and sales producers, the Benefits Education & Enrollment Associate helps deliver the agency’s quality and service standards and a strong client experience.

The associate leads open enrollment and education meetings virtually and onsite, records open enrollment videos in English and Spanish as requested by clients, and maintains a small book of business consisting mostly of mid-market accounts. The role includes providing client service throughout the year, documenting activities accurately and promptly in agency management systems, visiting clients onsite for HUB Q&A office hours, and conducting new hire orientations. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of employee benefits experience, including group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary products.
• Well-versed in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Obtain a Texas General Lines Life & Health insurance license within 60 days of employment and maintain it throughout employment.

Responsibilities
