About The Position

Working within a service team of Account Managers, Account Executives, Account Coordinators, Marketing Analysts, consultants, and sales producers, the Benefits Education & Enrollment Associate helps deliver a client experience that meets the agency’s quality and service standards. The role leads open enrollment and education meetings virtually and onsite, records open enrollment videos in English and Spanish as requested by clients, and maintains a small book of business consisting mostly of mid-market accounts. The position performs client service activities throughout the year and maintains timely, accurate documentation in agency management systems. It also involves visiting clients onsite to provide HUB Q&A office hours and new hire orientations. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of employee benefits experience, including group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary products.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Obtain a Texas General Lines Life & Health insurance license within 60 days of employment and maintain it throughout employment.

• Experience with self-funded plans.
