Requirements

Responsibilities

• Respond to individuals who have requested additional information
• Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and informational appointments
• Explain program details clearly, professionally, and accurately
• Assist with online applications, forms, and digital documentation
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed
• Follow established procedures, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
