In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals and families who need assistance understanding their available benefit options. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact, helping clients navigate information, complete necessary steps, and feel confident throughout the process.

Requirements

Communicate clearly and professionally
Enjoy helping people and building relationships
Are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own schedule
Can confidently use Zoom, email, and other digital tools
Work well independently while remaining connected to a team
Are legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or another client-facing role — although previous experience is not required

Responsibilities

Meeting with clients virtually through scheduled appointments
Explaining benefit programs and coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
Responding to questions and providing ongoing client support
Assisting with digital applications, updates, and documentation
Maintaining accurate records and follow-up information
Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
Participating in coaching, training, and leadership development opportunities
