Working within a service team of Account Managers, Account Executives, Account Coordinators, Marketing Analysts, and others, along with consultants/sales producers, the Benefits Account Manager plays a key role in delivering a client experience that achieves the quality and service standards developed by the agency. The Benefits Account Manager is responsible for serving Benefits clients (large groups of 100+), including both client companies and their employees. The Benefits Account Manager is responsible for leading pre-renewal, renewal and enrollment processes and serving as a resource to clients on daily service needs, current market conditions and regulatory changes. The position also requires timely and accurate documentation in agency management systems.
