About The Position
The Bellperson at St. James Place welcomes guests and helps create a seamless, memorable stay. The role provides personalized service from guests’ arrival through departure, assists with luggage, and serves as a trusted guide by sharing local knowledge. The position is part-time seasonal and scheduled on Saturdays at St. James Place in Beaver Creek, Colorado. It starts November 14, 2026, and pays $20 per hour plus tips.
Requirements
- Communicate clearly and courteously.
- Maintain composure under pressure and bring a positive, polished attitude to guest interactions.
- Be reliable and team-oriented; handle challenges calmly and adapt to changing needs.
- Handle luggage safely and efficiently.
- Be comfortable using communication tools such as radios or Teams.
- Keep accurate records.
- Know the local area well enough to share useful tips with guests.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
- Transport guests’ luggage to their unit or securely store it until check-in.
- Coordinate and manage luggage transfers when guests move rooms, providing attentive and seamless service.
