About The Position

St. James Place is seeking Front Desk Agents to serve as the first point of contact for guests and owners. The role sets the tone for an exceptional stay by providing a seamless arrival, attentive service, and thoughtful support throughout guest interactions. Agents manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations; respond to calls and inquiries; maintain reservation records and guest communications; and support front desk operations. The position is suited to empathetic, engaging, resourceful, and organized individuals who can anticipate guest needs, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and remain calm and professional under pressure.

The position is located at St. James Place in Beaver Creek, Colorado. Seasonal full-time and part-time options are available. Listed shifts are 12 p.m.–8 p.m. and 3 p.m.–11 p.m.; the schedule includes weekends, evenings, and holidays. Pay is $21–$24 per hour. The listed start date is AS11/14/2026AP.
