About The Position

Watermark Baton Rouge is hiring a part-time Bell Person to provide attentive, courteous, and efficient luggage assistance to hotel guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout. The role also transports guests to the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport and other venues in the immediate area. The position reports to the Front Office Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Open availability.

• Experience in a hotel or related field.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests to their rooms and assist with luggage to and from guestrooms.
• Transport hotel guests to the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport and other venues in the immediate area.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming while working.
• Maintain a warm, attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous demeanor toward guests, managers, and fellow employees.
• Establish and maintain good communication and teamwork with fellow employees and other hotel departments.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
• Provide information about available hotel services and facilities, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
