About The Position

The Bell Ringer supports The Salvation Army Christmas Program by ringing bells at an assigned location and ensuring the kettle is never left unattended. The role includes greeting the public courteously and conducting all duties in accordance with The Salvation Army’s ministry and Christian principles.

Requirements

• Ability to meet attendance requirements.
• Ability to stand in one location for extended periods in outdoor weather conditions, with legally required breaks and lunch periods.
• Ability to perform the duties in accordance with The Salvation Army’s mission, ministry, philosophy, culture, protocol, and Christian principles.
• Duties are performed standing and may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of sitting or walking.
