About The Position

As a Bell Person, you’ll work as part of the Front Desk Services team, assisting guests and homeowners from check-in through their stay. You will greet guests, help with luggage and deliveries, answer questions about the resort and local area, and help ensure guests have what they need.

Requirements

• Reliable personal transportation is essential because the role involves frequent travel between worksites.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to change activities frequently and cope with interruptions.
• Comfort with digital systems, mobile apps, tablets, and software platforms.
• Dependability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
• Ability to communicate clearly and thoughtfully with people, in person or online, while representing the company positively.
• Ability to move freely, including balancing, climbing, crawling, driving, squatting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive hand and finger motions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; flexibility is required.
• A background check must be successfully completed for an employment offer.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a hotel, hospitality, vacation, or similar industry is highly preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a friendly and caring manner.
• Open doors for guests entering and exiting the lobby area.
• Assist guests with luggage to and from their units.
• Answer guest questions about the resort and local area.
• Show rooms to potential guests.
• Deliver guest items, such as toiletries and towels, to units.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with guests and all departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
