About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Bell Attendant for Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa. The Bell Attendant welcomes guests, helps create a memorable first impression, assists with luggage, and shares information about the resort, its amenities, and the local area. The role works with other attendants to provide personalized guest service and maintain an inviting, organized entrance area. The position requires standing throughout the shift and moving between the valet lot and different areas of the hotel.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Strong desire to make an impact on other people.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and move between the valet lot and different areas of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests arriving at the hotel and interact with all guests.
• Open vehicle doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle.
• Escort guests to the front desk for check-in.
• After check-in, escort guests and their luggage to their rooms while explaining hotel amenities and useful information about the property.
• Work with other attendants to provide personalized guest experiences and open doors for guests.
• Assist the lobby attendant with keeping the entrance area clean and organized.
• Provide engaging, sincere customer service and go beyond standard expectations.
