Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs)- Overnight Shift
About The Position
Avenues Recovery Center is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for the overnight shift at its Bucks facility. The facility is a community-based, residential-style outpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation program offering partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services. It partners exclusively with Crosswalk Sober Living, whose homes provide clients with a domestic setting and 24/7 supervision and care. Behavioral Health Technicians manage daily residential operations, including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medications. They train and support the BHT team, escalate concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician, oversee client engagement and morale, help maintain a warm and positive recovery environment, and ensure clients and BHTs comply with Avenues rules, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and CPR certification are preferred.
- If in recovery, at least one year of sustained sobriety is required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- A warm, empathetic personality and the ability to set firm boundaries.
- Dignified, honest character that models recovery principles.

Responsibilities
