About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for the overnight shift at its Bucks location. The role supports the daily operations of a residential-style recovery setting and helps maintain a warm, positive environment for clients receiving addiction treatment. The Bucks facility offers partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services and partners with Crosswalk Sober Living, where clients have access to 24/7 supervision and care.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, empathetic personality and the ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character that models recovery principles.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• CPR certification.
• If in recovery, a minimum of one year of sustained sobriety.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily residential operations, including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medications.
• Train and support the BHT team in its operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure clients and BHTs comply with Avenues rules, policies, and procedures.
