About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician in Dublin, New Hampshire, for an overnight shift. The role supports daily residential operations at a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center, helps train and support the BHT team, and promotes a warm, positive recovery environment. The position also involves escalating concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician and ensuring clients and BHTs follow Avenues' rules, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with the ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character that models recovery principles.
• If in recovery, at least one year of sustained sobriety is required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily residential operations, including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medications.
• Train and support the BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure clients and BHTs comply with Avenues' rules, policies, and procedures.
