About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician for its Dublin, New Hampshire location on the overnight shift. The role supports daily residential operations at a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center and helps maintain a warm, positive recovery environment. The technician trains and supports the BHT team, oversees client engagement and morale, and ensures that clients and staff follow Avenues rules, policies, and procedures. Concerns or crises are escalated to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with the ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character that models recovery principles.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, at least one year of sustained sobriety is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily residential operations, including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medications.
• Train and support the BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale while maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with Avenues rules, policies, and procedures.
