About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for the overnight shift at its inpatient rehabilitation center in Fort Collins, Colorado. The role supports daily residential operations and client care, helps train and support the BHT team, and works to maintain a positive recovery environment. The position is listed as the third shift, with hours stated as 11pm–7pm in the posting.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily residential operations, including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medications.
• Train and support the BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure clients and BHTs comply with Avenues rules, policies, and procedures.
