About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for the overnight third shift at its inpatient rehabilitation center in Fort Collins, Colorado. The role supports daily residential operations, client engagement, and a positive recovery environment while ensuring clients and staff follow Avenues policies and procedures. The technician also trains and supports the BHT team and escalates concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Dignified and honest character that models recovery principles.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily residential operations, including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medications.
• Train and support the Behavioral Health Technician team in operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure clients and BHTs comply with Avenues rules, policies, and procedures.
