About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for the overnight shift at its Bucks location. The center provides community-based, residential-style outpatient drug and alcohol treatment, including partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services. The facility partners with Crosswalk Sober Living, where clients can live in a supervised setting while participating in treatment. BHTs support the daily residential operations and help maintain a warm, positive recovery environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, at least one year of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with the ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character that models recovery principles.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.

• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily residential operations, including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medications.
• Train and support the BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale and maintain a warm, positive recovery environment.
• Ensure clients and BHTs comply with Avenues rules, policies, and procedures.
