About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for the overnight shift at its Bucks location. The role supports the daily operations of a residential-style treatment setting and helps maintain a positive, supervised recovery environment. Avenues Recovery Center at Bucks provides partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services in partnership with Crosswalk Sober Living, where clients can reside in sober living homes with 24/7 supervision and care.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with the ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character that models recovery principles.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• CPR certification.
• For applicants in recovery, a minimum of one year of sustained sobriety.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily residential operations, including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medications.
• Train and support the BHT team in operational duties and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure clients and BHTs comply with Avenues rules, policies, and procedures.
