About The Position
The Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) provides hands-on patient care and compassionate support in a structured, team-focused behavioral health environment. The role helps keep patients safe and supports their recovery while working under clinical or nursing leadership. The position offers consistent hours, predictable schedules, training, and opportunities for career growth. The listed pay is $18–$20 an hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR certification required.
- De-escalation and restraint certification required; training is provided upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of experience working with a similar patient population is preferred.
- First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

- Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership.
