About The Position

We are hiring a Breakfast Attendant to assist customers and guests, maintain grooming and uniform standards, and keep the breakfast area and lobby clean and safe. The role includes responding to guest inquiries and requests and resolving issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. The attendant follows safety procedures when using food-preparation tools and appliances, including a sharp knife, toaster, and ovens. Other duties may be assigned by the manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, speak politely, and assist them.
• Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Follow safety procedures when using a sharp knife, toaster, ovens, and other food-preparation tools and appliances.
• Remove and re-line trash cans; clean and wipe chairs, tables, the beverage area, and the breakfast and condiment station.
• Sweep, vacuum, or mop floors in the breakfast area and lobby.
• Maintain a safe facility and use safety-first practices to remain accident-free.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
