Strategies to Empower People is looking to hire a full-time Behavioral Case Supervisor for our Supported Living Services! This position works directly with the Intellectually and/or Developmentally Disabled (I/DD) adults our agency serves and provides ongoing supervision, training, and development for the direct support staff that work with our clients in the Santa Rosa area! This position supports and supervises individuals who utilize AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE. The Behavioral Case Supervisor is responsible for providing support for a caseload of clients as well as providing supervision and training for the staff that work with those clients. This position is where the rubber meets the road when it comes to developing and implementing various plans for the disabled adults our agency supports - the Behavioral Case Supervisor works closely with the clients and their staff to meet goals, celebrate successes, and maintain connections in their communities. The Behavioral Case Supervisor will also be responsible for meeting numerous administrative requirements, such as documentation, auditing, training, and more. The goal is for the Behavioral Case Supervisor to spend 75% of their time face-to-face with the clients we serve, and 25% meeting administrative requirements.
