North Shore Pediatric Therapy•Glenview, IL
•$19 - $23•Onsite

About The Position

North Shore Pediatric Therapy is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians to provide clinic-based, one-to-one ABA therapy to autistic children ages 2–12. Technicians implement therapy plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and provide consistent, supportive care across sessions. The role involves spending most of the workday engaged with children and being on your feet. The clinic practices assent-based, neuroaffirming care: following each child’s lead, respecting boundaries, and building trust before skills. Behavior Technicians work alongside occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and mental health professionals in an interdisciplinary setting. No prior clinical experience is required; training and mentorship are provided, and RBT training and certification are paid for and supported. Positions are available full-time and part-time at the Glenview, Illinois location. Full-time schedules are Monday through Friday with an 8 a.m. or 9 a.m. start. Part-time schedules start at 3 p.m., require Saturdays, and provide at least 15 hours per week. Starting pay is $19 per hour, increasing to $22.50 per hour upon RBT certification, which the posting says can be completed within the first month. Performance-based raises are offered every six months.
