•$19 - $23•Onsite

About The Position

North Shore Pediatric Therapy is hiring an entry-level, clinic-based Behavior Therapist to work one-on-one with autistic children ages 2–12. The therapist implements treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and provides consistent, supportive care across sessions. The role involves spending most of the workday engaged with children and being on your feet. The organization practices assent-based, neuroaffirming care: following each child's lead, respecting boundaries, and building trust before skills. Therapists work alongside occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and mental health professionals in an interdisciplinary environment. Prior clinical experience is not required; training, paid RBT certification, and mentorship are provided. Starting pay is $19 per hour, increasing to $22.50 per hour upon RBT certification, which is supported and paid for. Performance-based raises are offered every six months. Full-time and part-time roles are available. Full-time schedules include Monday through Friday and Saturdays, with an 8 a.m. start. The posting lists full-time benefits including paid time off, insurance, retirement matching, professional development, and career-growth pathways.
