Behavior Technician (RBT / BT) - Conroe, TX
About The Position
Great Strides ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support its expanding program in Conroe, Texas. The role provides ABA therapy to children across home, school, and center-based settings under BCBA supervision. Technicians implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect and document session data, communicate professionally with families, and share observations with the supervising BCBA. The position offers flexible scheduling, professional development and RBT certification support, and opportunities to advance to a BCBA supervision track.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- RBT certification.
- Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for supporting the autism community.
Nice To Haves
- At least two years of experience working with children.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings.
- Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
- Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new-hire check-in process.
- Communicate professionally with families and report observations to the supervising BCBA.
