About The Position

Great Strides ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support its expanding program in Spring, Texas. Behavior Technicians implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy programs under BCBA supervision in home, school, and center-based settings. The role involves accurately collecting session data, entering documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session, and consistently following individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Technicians also communicate professionally with families, share observations with the supervising BCBA, and participate in 7-day and 30-day new-hire check-ins. The position offers pay of $25.00–$28.00 per hour, flexible scheduling options, professional development assistance, RBT certification support, advancement opportunities to a BCBA supervision track, and a supportive clinical team.

Requirements

High school diploma.
RBT certification.
Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for supporting the autism community.

Nice To Haves

At least two years of experience working with children.
