About The Position
Great Strides ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support its expanding program in Humble, Texas. Behavior Technicians implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision in home, school, and center-based settings. The role involves collecting session data, documenting services in Rethink within 24 hours, following behavior intervention plans, participating in new-hire check-ins, and communicating professionally with families and the supervising BCBA.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- RBT certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for supporting the autism community.
Nice To Haves
- At least 2 years of experience working with children.
- Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings.
- Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
- Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new-hire check-in process.
- Communicate professionally with families and report observations to the supervising BCBA.
