About The Position
Great Strides ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join its expanding program. Behavior Technicians implement ABA therapy for children under BCBA supervision in home, school, and center-based settings. They collect and document session data, follow individualized behavior intervention plans, communicate with families, and share observations with the supervising BCBA. The role is suited to someone who is patient, creative, and passionate about supporting the autism community.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- RBT certification.
- Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for supporting the autism community.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings.
- Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
- Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new-hire check-in process.
- Communicate professionally with families and report observations to the supervising BCBA.
