About The Position
Great Strides ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support its expanding program. The role involves delivering ABA therapy to children and supporting their growth, learning, and success across home, school, and center-based settings. Technicians work under BCBA supervision and collaborate with families and the supervising BCBA. The position offers flexible scheduling options, professional development assistance and RBT certification support, and opportunities to advance to a BCBA supervision track.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- RBT certification.
- Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for supporting the autism community.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings.
- Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
- Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new-hire check-in process.
- Communicate professionally with families and report observations to the supervising BCBA.
