About The Position
The Behavior Technician provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in Ventura County, including Santa Paula and Oxnard, California. The role supports children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills through direct work with children and their families. No prior ABA experience is required; comprehensive paid training, ongoing mentorship, and professional growth opportunities are provided. The schedule is part-time, Monday through Friday, with afternoon sessions from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Requirements
- Passion for working with children and helping others.
- Availability Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Current auto insurance.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
