Cortica is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model, with an emphasis on helping children build on their unique abilities and develop skills for home, school, and community settings. The approach combines neuroscience and developmental models and involves collaboration with families and clinicians. Behavior Technicians deliver one-to-one and group behavior-analytic services, implement strategies developed with a BCBA, document session data, and work with families and supervisors to support treatment goals. The position includes a two-week, in-person paid orientation with hands-on training. Employees receive ongoing coaching and professional development, with potential career paths including the Behavior Technician Clinical Ladder, BCBA roles, or corporate support roles. The position requires travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation. Candidates must complete a post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review.
