The position includes a comprehensive, fully paid, three-week in-person orientation with hands-on training. Behavior Technicians receive ongoing coaching from Lead BTs, ABA Assistant Supervisors, and ABA Supervisors, as well as continuing professional development through in-person and online opportunities. Career paths may include advancement to a BCBA role, the Behavior Technician Clinical Ladder, or corporate support roles. The role requires travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation. Candidates must successfully complete a post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review.
