Cortica is seeking dedicated, compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model, with an emphasis on helping children build on their abilities and develop skills that transfer across home, school, and community settings. Cortica combines neuroscience and developmental models to support each child’s growth. Behavior Technicians provide individual and group behavior-analytic services, implement positive behavior strategies developed with a BCBA, document session data, and collaborate with families and supervisors. The position includes a three-week, fully paid, in-person orientation with hands-on training. Technicians work with a transdisciplinary team that may include professionals in speech-language, music, occupational, and physical therapy, as well as counselors, pediatricians, neurologists, and nurse practitioners. The posting describes part-time roles with five-day work schedules, morning and afternoon shifts, and opportunities to pick up additional hours on Saturdays. The role requires travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation.
