About The Position
LBAPS (Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC) is seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental needs. The role delivers ABA therapy under BCBA supervision across home, school, and/or center-based settings. LBAPS describes its team as collaborative, supportive, and mission-driven, with flexible scheduling, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for career growth and BCBA supervision.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification in good standing.
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ABA data collection and documentation.
- A patient, creative, and compassionate approach.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Work across home, school, and/or center-based settings.
- Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity.
- Collect and record session data accurately in Rethink within 24 hours.
- Collaborate with families and the clinical team to support client progress.
- Participate in ongoing check-ins and professional support meetings.
