About The Position

This is an entry-level position that serves as the first step in a mapped-out career journey toward a degree, promotion, and leadership within the company. The role involves using play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help children build communication, social, and life skills in a remote environment. The Behavior Specialist will bring energy and compassion to each session, follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders, and celebrate client progress. The role is flexible and dynamic, with no prior experience required as training and support will be provided.

Requirements

H.S. Diploma or GED
6+ months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)
Flexible availability (especially Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays)
Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated)
Reliable transportation
Comfort working with diverse populations
Willingness to complete training and documentation
Ability to frequently sit and stand; keeping pace with your client
