About The Position

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based pediatric role near Horsham, Pennsylvania. The role supports students primarily in grades K–5 across Hallowell, Simmons, and Blair Mill elementary schools, with possible consultation at the 6–12 level. Statewide and nationwide opportunities and company growth are available. The Behavior Specialist conducts functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develops and supports implementation of positive behavior support plans (PBSPs), consults with professional and support staff, and provides staff training. The position monitors intervention outcomes using data and adjusts strategies as needed. Hours are 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Compensation is $60–$65 per hour.

Requirements

Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Current Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential issued by the Pennsylvania Department of State under the State Board of Medicine.
1–2 years of experience working in a school setting.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
Develop PBSPs and support their implementation.
Supervise and support school staff in implementing behavior strategies and positive behavior supports.
Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Consult with professional and support staff.
Provide training for professional and support staff.
Provide consultation primarily for K–5 students, with possible consultation at the 6–12 level.
