About The Position

Autism Learning Partners is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical care for clients and families. The role offers a hybrid flexible schedule, with opportunities to work from home for non-billable hours, and a Monday–Friday schedule. Saturday work is not expected unless the employee chooses to schedule make-up sessions. The BCBA manages a balanced caseload with clear expectations for direct supervision and parent training, and chooses when clinical care hours are delivered. The BCBA supervises Behavior Technicians, conducts Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develops Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, and provides parent education. The role calls for flexibility in challenging situations, continuous growth, proactive communication, and collaboration. The BCBA must meet ALP standards and funding-source best practices for client-facing care and parent consultation. ALP is a clinician-led organization with more than 300 BCBAs and a stated advancement path from BCBA to Clinical Director. Administrative functions—including intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing, and scheduling—are handled by the Support Center. The company offers onboarding and ongoing clinical support, including monthly continuing education units, an annual research conference, and weekly Clinical Development office hours.
