About The Position

Autism Learning Partners is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a clinician-led organization. The role offers a hybrid flexible schedule, with opportunities to work from home during non-billable hours, Monday through Friday. Saturday work is not expected unless the clinician chooses to schedule make-up sessions. BCBAs manage balanced caseloads with clear expectations for direct supervision and parent training and have control over when clinical care hours are delivered. The BCBA supervises Behavior Technicians, conducts functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develops applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs, provides parent education, and ensures treatment plans are implemented with fidelity. The role also involves adapting to challenging situations, pursuing continuous growth, communicating proactively, collaborating with others, and meeting ALP and funding-source best-practice standards for client-facing care and parent consultation. The position offers a starting potential annual salary of $85,000, based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography, plus an attainable monthly bonus of up to $21,600 per year. The organization provides support-center assistance with intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing, and scheduling. There is a stated advancement path from BCBA to Clinical Director, onboarding and ongoing clinical support, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.
