About The Position

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical services in Virginia. The role offers a hybrid flexible schedule, with opportunities to work from home during non-billable hours and a Monday–Friday schedule. Saturday work is not expected unless the BCBA chooses to schedule make-up sessions. BCBAs manage balanced caseloads with clear expectations for direct supervision and parent training, and choose when to deliver clinical care hours. The organization is clinician-led, with more than 300 BCBAs and BCBA clinical leaders between the role and the CEO. Support-center teams handle intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing, and scheduling so clinicians can focus on clinical work. The position includes onboarding and ongoing clinical support, continuing education, advancement opportunities, and a competitive salary with potential monthly bonuses. Employment is at-will; the company states that it does not require contracts or non-compete agreements. The position is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam, which the company will pay for.
