Behavior Analyst BCBA
About The Position
HealthPro Pediatrics is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its growing Riverview, Florida team. The role provides compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative pediatric environment. The clinic uses a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA, emphasizing trusting relationships, motivation, individualized treatment, and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies guided by clinical judgment and each child's needs. This is an immediate part-time opportunity with the possibility of growing to full-time in the near future. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; optional Saturday hours and additional hours at neighboring clinics may be available. The position is W-2 and pays $45–$50 per hour. Requirements
- Active BCBA certification or eligibility.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, such as VB-MAPP and Vineland, and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback.
- Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week.
- Deliver parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills.
- Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews.
