About The Position

Autism Learning Partners is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical care for clients and families in Virginia. The organization is clinician-led, with clinical leaders between the BCBA and the CEO also being BCBAs. The role offers a hybrid, flexible schedule, including opportunities to work from home during non-billable hours. The BCBA chooses when to deliver clinical care hours and manages a balanced caseload with clear expectations for direct supervision and parent training. Saturday work is not expected unless the employee chooses to schedule make-up sessions. The BCBA will supervise Behavior Technicians, conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develop applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs, provide parent education, and ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity. The role also calls for adaptability, proactive communication, collaboration, and continuous growth, while meeting ALP and funding-source best practices for client-facing care and parent consultation. The position offers a starting annual salary of $85,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography, plus an attainable monthly bonus of up to $21,600 annually. Support-center teams handle intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing, and scheduling. Clinical support includes more than 60 hours of onboarding, monthly continuing education units, an annual research conference, weekly Clinical Development office hours, and access to approved continuing education courses. Advancement opportunities include a path from BCBA to Clinical Director. Employment is fully at-will, with no contracts or non-competes. Applicants must hold BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and an active Virginia LBA certification issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine. Employment is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam, which the employer will pay for.
