As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you will clean and service draft beer lines so local bars and restaurants can serve high-quality draft beer. A typical day includes visiting customer locations, maintaining clean draft beer systems, and building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders along your route. The role calls for reliability, attention to detail, mechanical skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to quality work and customer service. No prior experience is required; training is provided in draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The company’s mission is to provide great-tasting draft beer to consumers as the brewmaster intended and to grow draft beer sales. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position, scheduled from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Nights, early mornings, and weekends are not scheduled, though regular overtime opportunities are available. A personal, reliable vehicle is required, and mileage is reimbursed at $0.72 per mile.
