As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you clean and service draft beer lines so local bars and restaurants can serve high-quality draft beer. A typical day involves visiting customer locations, maintaining clean draft beer systems, and building relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders along your route. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, mechanical skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to quality work and customer service. No prior experience is required; training is provided in draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There are no nights, early mornings, or weekends, though regular overtime opportunities are available. A personal, reliable vehicle is required, and mileage is reimbursed at $0.72 per mile. Pay is $22.00, with growth opportunities and overtime hours. Qualifying technicians may also receive a $250 flat bonus per bi-weekly line-cleaning cycle after meeting eligibility requirements for completing assigned routes and/or duties.
