About The Position

As a Draft Beer Quality Technician (DQT), you will help local bars and restaurants serve high-quality draft beer. You will visit customer locations to clean and maintain draft beer systems, help ensure the beer is served as intended, and build relationships with managers, owners, and bartenders. No prior experience is required; training is provided in draft beer system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The role is full-time, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There are no nights, early mornings, or weekends, though regular overtime opportunities are available. Compensation is $18.00 per hour, with growth opportunities and a potential flat bonus of $250 per bi-weekly line-cleaning cycle for qualifying technicians who meet the eligibility requirements for completing assigned routes and/or duties.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license.
Able to lift more than 50 pounds.
Hands-on and quick learner.
