The stated average employee earnings are $18–$25 per hour, with top performers earning more. Part-time and full-time positions are available with flexible scheduling. The salon is closed on all major holidays.

Employees receive customer service, sales, and leadership training, as well as training in goal setting and achievement. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods, for 7 or more hours per day.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and open or close the business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
