We are looking for a Beauty Sales Consultant for our Tillicum Centre Retail Salon location in Victoria, BC.

Requirements

At least 1 year of retail or beauty sales experience
Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset
Comfort using POS systems and basic computer programs
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized beauty consultations and recommend products tailored to each customer’s needs
Create welcoming, memorable experiences that keep customers coming back
Share your passion for hair and beauty by educating customers on products, routines, and trends
Support sales goals by confidently promoting products, services, and new launches
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised sales floor
Support daily salon operations, including bookings, merchandising, and teamwork across the store
Step in where needed to support the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Have fun while delivering consistent, 5-star customer service
