About The Position
The Beauty Consultant provides clients with a personalized, engaging, and fun shopping experience. The role involves demonstrating beauty products and techniques and using in-depth product knowledge to enhance and enrich clients’ lives. The consultant proactively engages clients, stays informed about products, techniques, and beauty trends, and supports the presentation and availability of merchandise in assigned areas.

Responsibilities
- Proactively approach clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience.
- Seek out and absorb knowledge of products and techniques to stay current on beauty trends.
- Participate in activities in assigned areas to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available to clients.
- Model strong beauty business values and culture.
