About The Position

The Beauty Concierge provides outstanding customer service by greeting and directing customers, assisting with cosmetic inquiries and products, and offering other services. The role requires knowledge of the cosmetics area to provide customers and employees with information and directions. The Beauty Concierge also supports store operations as a general resource, maintains confidentiality, and makes deliveries to customers. The position involves continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent use of hands, and handling merchandise, including bulky or awkwardly shaped items. Employees regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds. The listed pay range is $16.85–$17.55 per hour. Pay offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Requirements

Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers.

Remain in continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Frequently use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
