About The Position

The Beauty Concierge greets and directs customers, assists with cosmetic inquiries and products, and provides a variety of other services. The role requires knowledge of the cosmetics area to give customers and employees information and directions, and supports store operations as a general resource for customers and employees. The Beauty Concierge maintains a high level of confidentiality and makes deliveries to customers. The position involves continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers. It also requires frequent hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling; handling bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items overhead; regularly lifting up to 10 pounds; and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds. The listed pay range is $16.60–$17.30 per hour. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
