About The Position

The Beauty Concierge is detail oriented, results driven, and committed to providing outstanding customer service. The role supports customers and employees by assisting with cosmetic inquiries and products, providing information and directions, helping with store operations, maintaining confidentiality, and making customer deliveries.

Requirements

Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers.
Suggestively sell and connect customers to salespeople.
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Remain in continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Frequently use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet and direct customers.
Assist customers with cosmetic inquiries, products, and a variety of other services.
Use knowledge of the cosmetics area to provide customers and employees with information and directions.
Support store operations as a general resource for customers and employees.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Make deliveries to customers.
